Designed and created a complete 34-page printable preschool busy book for children ages 2–4 under my Sunbeam & Scribbles brand. The project includes 30 original learning activities covering colors, shapes, numbers, counting, letters, tracing, patterns, matching, fine motor skills, and early thinking skills. I also created the product branding, cover, page layouts, and promotional graphics used to market the finished digital product.

Designed and built a complete responsive website for Flores Waterproofing Restoration & Painting LLC. I created the site from scratch using HTML and CSS, organizing their services, project photos, before-and-after work, customer reviews, service areas, and contact information into a clean, professional experience. The goal was to give the business a stronger online presence while making it easy for potential customers to understand their services and request an estimate.
