AI Blog & Newsletter Automation This system was built around the content side of the law firm. Blogs and newsletters needed a repeatable process. Topics had to be found, drafts had to be prepared, links had to be checked, previews had to be reviewed, and campaigns had to be scheduled safely. I worked on automations using AI, GoHighLevel, and n8n to help prepare blog and newsletter material while still keeping human review before anything was published or sent. I also handled practical newsletter issues like trigger links, unsubscribe flow, DND safety, preview checking, and scheduling. This project taught me that automation is not just about making things faster. Sometimes it is about making sure the wrong thing does not happen.

This
Legal CRM Pipeline Automation System This was ongoing CRM automation work for a law firm. The intake process had too many repeated manual steps: forms, tags, pipeline stages, reminders, smart lists, internal notifications, follow-up emails, and language-based routing. I worked inside GoHighLevel to make the system more organized. That included form handling, opportunity creation, case-type tags, custom fields, smart lists, reminders, DND/unsubscribe handling, and Spanish lead branching. The focus was not to make a fancy automation demo. The focus was to make the CRM easier for the team to use every day.

Google Drive Folder + Gemini Notes Automation This came from a practical operations problem. The team had CRM records in GoHighLevel, but related folders and meeting notes were sitting separately in Google Drive. So people still had to search manually when they wanted the right client file. I built an automation that creates or finds the correct client folder when a lead reaches the right CRM stage, then saves the folder link back inside GoHighLevel. Later, I also made a Google Apps Script solution for Gemini meeting notes because the normal tool could only move notes into one fixed folder. The script made it possible to find the right client folder dynamically. Small system, but very useful. It connected the CRM record with the actual work folder.

Dial4Law — Legal Intake & Attorney Matching Dial4Law was not a normal form-to-CRM setup. Legal leads need context before anyone can handle them properly: case type, state, urgency, attorney fit, follow-up status, and where the lead should go next. I worked on the backend automation layer using n8n and GoHighLevel. The system handles client intake, attorney intake, lead tagging, pipeline movement, internal alerts, auto-replies, and routing based on legal issue. I also separated client-side and attorney-side flows so both sides stay clean inside the CRM. The goal was simple: a new lead should not enter the system and sit there. It should land in the right place with enough context for the team to act.
