PandaVoice is an AI powered survey and feedback platform designed to help businesses collect, analyze, and understand user insights beyond just numbers. The goal was to build a modern SaaS solution that combines survey creation, response management, and intelligent analytics into one seamless system.
One of the main challenges was transforming raw survey data into meaningful insights. Traditional tools only provide basic metrics, so I integrated AI using ChatGPT with a RAG based approach to analyze responses, detect sentiment, and highlight key pain points automatically. This made the platform more valuable for decision making.
Another challenge was designing a clean and intuitive dashboard for complex data. I created a user friendly interface with real time analytics, visual reports, and actionable summaries to help users quickly understand feedback.
