It's not 3D!!
This interactive character animation was created in Rive, designed to look 3D while being entirely 2D.
Built using meshes and bones, the character responds to cursor movement for a dynamic, real-time interaction.
The piece was inspired by a 3D animation from Buda TV Studio (https://vimeo.com/467820499?fl=pl&fe=sh), reimagined through Rive’s powerful 2D rigging and deformation tools.
