FCC (Fortified Central Command) is a cybersecurity mobile application covering Managed XDR, SIEM, Incident Response, Penetration Testing, and Attack Surface Management (ASM). I led the mobile development for this React Native app, taking it from an aging codebase through a major overhaul. That included upgrading React Native from version 0.64 all the way to 0.84, resolving compatibility issues along the way, and optimizing the Android bundle size so the app installed and updated faster. Beyond the upgrade, I led a team of 3 developers through a full redesign of the app's UI and architecture. We built out core features including 24/7 analyst chat, real-time threat alerts, escalation workflows, and live security dashboards. I also cleaned up the codebase by resolving over 700 SonarQube issues, and kept the app stable through frequent, last-minute backend API changes, which happens a lot in a fast-moving security product like this. This project really sharpened my skills in large-scale React Native migrations, performance optimization, leading a small team, and building for a high-stakes environment where reliability matters more than almost anything else.

This project was a full-stack platform built for the Hussaini Tanzeem Youth Foundation, an NGO, to help them manage their community and operations online. I built it end to end using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and Firebase, covering everything from member management and expense tracking to surveys, complaints, and a blogging system. One part I am especially proud of is the SEO-focused blog I built with rich text support, likes, comments, sharing, and link previews. It has brought in over 220,000 views so far. I also spent time improving the site's overall SEO and Core Web Vitals, which helped drive more than 114,000 user events in just 90 days. Beyond the blog, I built role-based access so admins and regular NGO users see different views, along with expense dashboards and complaint workflows that made day-to-day operations easier for the team running the foundation. This project let me work across the full stack on something with real community impact, and it sharpened my skills in performance optimization, SEO, and building tools that non-technical users can actually rely on.

Secure Vault is a personal password manager app I built using React Native, Firebase, and Redux, with a strong focus on security and usability. Since it deals with sensitive data, I made encryption the foundation of the app, using AES encryption to protect stored passwords and biometric authentication so users can unlock the app quickly without typing a master password every time. Under the hood, it handles encrypted cloud storage and syncing, so passwords stay up to date and protected across devices. I also built features like password generation, search, categorization, and editing, along with a set of reusable, responsive UI components that made the app feel consistent and easy to use. I built this as a personal project to go deeper into encryption, secure data handling, and mobile app architecture outside of client work, and it has become something I keep improving on my own time. This project sharpened my skills in React Native, security-focused development, offline support, and designing apps where trust and reliability really matter.

This was an Enterprise Human Resource Management System (HRMS) I worked on using React.js, TypeScript, Material-UI, and Redux, built to handle everyday HR operations for a company. I developed modules covering employee records, attendance tracking, payroll, and performance workflows, with role-based access control so different users only saw what was relevant to them. A big part of my work here was building reusable React components and interactive charts that other developers on the team could reuse across different business-unit modules, which helped cut down on repeated code and made the app easier to maintain going forward. I also integrated REST APIs and adapted features as business requirements kept changing, working closely with the backend team to keep everything in sync. On the quality side, I improved test coverage using Jest and React Testing Library, and worked through SonarQube issues to keep the codebase clean and reliable. This project helped me get comfortable building large, modular enterprise applications and taught me a lot about writing code that other developers can easily build on top of.
