I've been building HYNOVA Retain, a gym member retention system designed to help gyms identify disengaged members before they quietly disappear.
The idea is simple: attendance drops can be an early warning sign, but manually tracking every member and coordinating follow-ups takes time.
So I built a system that brings several pieces together:
🔹 Inactivity Detection: Flags members who haven't attended within a configured period.
🔹 Risk Scoring: Helps prioritize members who may need attention.
🔹 WhatsApp Automation: Supports member outreach and processes incoming replies.
🔹 Trainer Escalation: Routes concerning responses to trainers for human follow-up.
🔹 Owner Dashboard: Provides a central place to review and manage retention cases.
The system combines React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Supabase, n8n, and WhatsApp integration through the Evolution API.
I've personally tested the core workflows, from detecting inactivity to processing replies and triggering escalations.
What makes this project interesting to me is the connection between data, automation, and real business operations. It's not just about collecting information, it's about turning that information into an actionable process.
I'm looking to connect with gym owners and fitness businesses interested in improving their retention processes, as well as teams that need custom workflow automation, API integrations, or operational dashboards.

Analyzed a car-market dataset to understand pricing patterns, vehicle characteristics, and market segmentation. I cleaned and prepared the raw data, performed exploratory analysis using Python and Pandas, and developed a Power BI dashboard for interactive analysis.
The project examined relationships between vehicle price, mileage, age, manufacturer, fuel type, transmission, vehicle type, and other available attributes. I focused on turning the dataset into practical business questions and presenting the resulting patterns through clear, decision-oriented visualizations.
The project demonstrates an end-to-end workflow from raw data preparation through analysis, visualization, and business insight generation.

Built a business-focused Excel reporting system from raw operational data.
The project involved cleaning and organizing the source data, creating reusable calculations, analyzing business performance, and developing an interactive dashboard for monitoring key metrics and trends.
I focused on making the workbook practical rather than simply visual—using structured tables, formulas, PivotTables, and repeatable reporting workflows so the analysis could be updated without rebuilding the entire report from scratch.
