Social Media Content for a Local Coffee Shop
Description
Client Brief: A local coffee shop wanted to attract more morning customers and create a warm, welcoming brand presence on social media.
My Solution: I designed a Canva Instagram post with warm, coffee-inspired colours and wrote an engaging caption that encourages customers to take a break and enjoy their morning coffee. I also created a professional customer service response for online inquiries to help improve customer engagement.
