Working across the stack, I led front-end development, engineered robust backend APIs, and championed accessibility standards to ensure an inclusive user experience. Key Contributions & Impact Front-End Architecture & Accessibility: Led the development of dynamic user interfaces using React and Redux Toolkit. Serving as the team's Accessibility (a11y) Champion, I spearheaded WCAG2 compliance initiatives across multiple apps, ensuring products were usable by everyone. Backend & API Design: Engineered Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) endpoints using Golang and contributed to defining the API schema leveraging the OpenAPI standard, creating a seamless data flow between the client and server. DevOps, Automation & Observability: Enhanced GDPR compliance automation using ArgoCD, Kubernetes, Python, AWS S3, and Docker, saving the engineering team [Insert Number] hours of manual development work per month. I also built Grafana SLO/SLA dashboards using Prometheus to drastically improve system observability and uptime tracking.
