This artwork was created as the cover for a text I wrote for an Instagram post. The image visually represents the central message of the reflection and helps communicate the seriousness of the theme.
The concept behind the design was to create a very realistic and striking visual that reflects the idea explored in the text: the silent and gradual spiritual decline that can happen when faith is neglected.
The descending stairs surrounded by fire symbolize the slow path away from God, illustrating how spiritual indifference can lead someone further and further from truth and life.
The goal of this visual was to reinforce the message of the text and create a powerful image that invites reflection.
