Cover image for Building a full marketing system
Building a full marketing system for a growing eCommerce brand Most small brands don’t struggle with effort. They struggle with direction. This project was designed to give Kozmic Blends a clear, structured path for growth, turning creative ideas into a system that supports consistent marketing and sales. Instead of focusing on isolated tactics, I built a complete framework, including: - brand positioning and audience clarity - messaging and voice guidelines - content pillars and a repeatable marketing rhythm - website, email, and conversion strategy - simple systems for tracking growth and making decisions The goal was to move the brand from scattered effort to sustainable execution. This is how I approach marketing: not as a list of ideas, but as a system that connects positioning, content, and sales into something a business can actually maintain and grow.

Cover image for Building a simple, sustainable content
Building a simple, sustainable content system for a mission-driven organization Many nonprofits struggle with content not because they don’t care, but because they don’t have a clear, repeatable system. This playbook was created to remove that friction. Instead of overwhelming the team with more ideas, I focused on: creating a realistic weekly rhythm they could actually maintain helping them repurpose existing content instead of starting from scratch aligning every post with their mission and next step The goal was consistency and clarity, not volume. The result is a system that helps them stay visible, tell better stories, and connect their content directly to impact. This reflects how I approach marketing: clear structure, practical execution, and strategy that supports real work, not just more content.

Cover image for Helping clients feel confident before
Helping clients feel confident before they ever step in front of the camera One of the biggest stress points before a photoshoot isn’t the photos. It’s what to wear. Most people overthink it, second-guess themselves, and end up feeling uncomfortable before the session even starts. That shows up in the final images. This guide was created to remove that friction. Instead of generic outfit advice, I focused on: - helping people feel like themselves, not styled versions of someone else - giving simple structure without overcomplicating decisions - aligning clothing choices with the tone and purpose of the photos The goal was confidence, not perfection. This is an example of how I approach content and client experience: clear guidance, practical structure, and messaging that helps people show up more naturally.

Cover image for Many nonprofits have great events,
Many nonprofits have great events, but the photos don’t actually communicate the impact. This guide was created to help teams capture images that reflect their mission, not just document the moment. Inside, I focused on: - what to look for during events - how to capture emotion and context - how photos connect to storytelling and donor communication This is an example of how I approach content, not just visually, but strategically.
