One of the most rewarding chapters of my career was at R-LABS, a venture accelerator that helps tech-enabled companies solve major challenges in real estate. Using a proprietary framework, R-LABS guided Entrepreneurs-in-Residence from concept to launch.
As one of the first team members, I helped build the R-LABS brand and digital community from the ground up—translating research into thought leadership content, shaping go-to-market strategies for early ventures, and supporting the growth of their innovation program.

Without question, Ratio.City (https://Ratio.City) was one of the most inspiring growth stories I've ever been a part of. Their GIS platform was designed from their AEC industry experience to solve a seemingly obvious problem: spacial data should exist on a map.
Working alongside their founders and internal team, I helped position the company, refresh the brand, and create a repository of marketing collateral to their business objectives. Today, Ratio.City (https://Ratio.City) is thriving as a part of Esri Canada and I couldn't be happier for their team!

Powerhouse was an initiative to bring AI-powered automation to legal operations. In just 8 short months, we validated a solution, built a platform, got seed funding, and secured our first two paying customers. I worked closely with Head of Product and Head of Sales to conduct market research and develop a highly agile go-to-market plan that could keep the pace while maintaining continuity. Fascinating problem space with so much more to be uncovered!
