Perfectly Posh is a booming direct sales pampering product company. The products are made with natural ingredients, no fillers, no parabens, and made in the USA.
Brought in as an Interactive Designer in the early stages of the company, I worked on the design and user experience on a vast number of projects with talented creative directors and software developers, from sketch, to wireframe, to design. My research, designs, and innovation has made a great impact on contributing to Posh's exponential success.

A startup founded by gaming industry veterans, meta.us is designed to give gamers access to everything they need to get the most out of competitive gaming. Find teammates, teams, recruit rising stars, make friends and schedule practice matches. Users will be able to search for tournaments and even sponsors for themselves and their team.
I joined meta.us as the startup’s primary designer, and helped build the platform from the ground up. The amazing concept was brought to life visually and I managed the design and worked with the backend/frontend engineers to create a fully functioning multi-game multi-platform ecosystem for competitive gaming.

Real-Time Interaction Guidance, focuses on how real-time feedback can support human performance without increasing cognitive load. The experience translates live conversation signals into subtle, contextual guidance for agents, while giving supervisors clear visibility into performance patterns as they emerge.
My work focused on determining what information matters in the moment, when it should appear, and how it should be presented so it supports, and not disrupts agent flow. When it comes to call center software, we design for trust when the system is live and the stakes are real.
This project strengthened my approach to design leadership in ambiguity, which still exists even in an enterprise setting. I learned to prioritize clarity, systems thinking, and close collaboration to bring order to complex enterprise SaaS products

NICE CXone is top-tier cloud-based software that consistently achieves the annual highest position Gartner Magic Quadrant in the SaaS contact center industry.
CXone Agent was designed to support customer service agents operating across multiple channels, tools, and workflows. The challenge wasn’t just building features, it was creating a coherent experience inside a system shaped by legacy tools, evolving requirements, and real-time operational pressure.
From the start, my role focused on clarifying the problem space: understanding agent needs, identifying friction points, and translating complex operational requirements into a usable, scalable interface.
