The project was born at the end of 2023, when I was just getting to know Rive and wanted to dig deeper into interactive animation. I wanted a concept that brought together both the visual and the logical sides of the work.
That led me to visualize the “no third option” principle, which is often used to illustrate the choice among three interconnected factors in different areas.
As a visual metaphor for this concept, I chose a car: its design makes the underlying state easy to read. The shape of the body, the color, and the style — all of these elements let the viewer instantly grasp which option is being presented, without any explanation.
