Olepress — Premium Specialty Oil E-Commerce Brand (Solo-Built)
Designed and built a full e-commerce platform and brand identity for Olepress, Egypt's first premium specialty oil house — solo, from brand concept to storefront to backend, launched to real customers.
What I built:
Full storefront with product catalog (12 specialty oils), discovery packs, and subscription flow
Custom brand identity and premium dark/gold visual design — built product visuals with AI-assisted design tools since professional product photography wasn't available yet at launch
Backend handling orders, inventory, and subscriptions
Honest note: the site launched and took real orders, but the business itself didn't continue past its initial phase — this project shows the full build (design, frontend, backend, launch), not an ongoing operation.

Built a self-verifying RAG pipeline that refuses to hallucinate confidently — uses an independent reranker (not the generating LLM) to judge answer quality, requires 4-source consensus, and scales responses across a 5-tier confidence system down to hard refusal.

Solo-built a real-time EV charging & parking system for Vodafone, integrating ultrasonic occupancy sensors, Nedap AEOS access control, and Park Help via SOAP API. Solved hardware-failure edge cases (e.g., dead sensors) with manual admin overrides that sync live to public availability monitors
