Client needed to understand broken processes in customer journey and how to staff during COVID. I recommended how to fix journeys and developed new reporting.

Client needed to forecast earned wages but couldn't figure out how. I stepped in, taking into account hire/term/promotion dates to finish their forecast model.

Team felt they were overcapacity but not why, making ad hoc and executive support very difficult. I designed a process & dashboard to analyze and prevent this.
