Property management with AI
Here’s a recent project I worked on for GrocStock, an AI-powered property management SaaS.
After reviewing product analytics, I noticed strong traffic from property managers but low trial sign-ups. The main issue was message clarity—too many competing messages and no clear path to get started.
I designed a focused landing page that speaks separately to property managers, owners, and hosts using a tab-based structure, so each audience sees only what matters to them. Key elements like social proof, pricing, and mobile apps are now easy to find within a single scroll.
This project focused on improving clarity, conversion flow, and usability for busy users.
