Luxury Partner Marketing & Go-to-Market Framework his anonymized case study distills my approach to building partner-led marketing and go-to-market programs within the global luxury hospitality and travel ecosystem. Partner opportunities often bring together competing inputs: brand narrative, audience needs, commercial priorities, destination or product requirements, partner specifications and channel deadlines. Without a shared structure, the work can become a collection of isolated placements rather than a coordinated commercial story. I developed a repeatable framework connecting four essential components—audience, partners, channels and offer—through one shared positioning and narrative. From there, the approach moves through insight, narrative development, activation and learning, supported by clear ownership, timing and measurement principles. The resulting framework is designed to help brand, marketing, sales and external partners align earlier, identify the strongest route to market and translate a commercial objective into a cohesive multichannel activation plan. Company names, partner details, campaign data and proprietary materials have been intentionally removed. The case study demonstrates the strategic process and decision architecture without exposing confidential work. My role: Integrated Marketing and Commercial Strategy Lead

Global B2B Marketing Operating Model: From Complexity to Scalable Support This anonymized case study reflects strategic work developed within a complex global luxury-hospitality environment spanning corporate, regional and local stakeholders. The core challenge was not a lack of marketing activity. It was the absence of a consistent way to evaluate demand, establish priorities, clarify ownership and match each initiative with the appropriate level of support. This created unnecessary ambiguity around decision-making, resources and delivery expectations. I developed a future-state operating model designed to move work through four connected stages: prioritize, align, enable and measure. The framework brought together intake criteria, strategic and commercial value, stakeholder roles, support pathways, reusable tools and a clearer feedback loop between global direction and regional or local execution. The resulting model provides a scalable structure for making more deliberate choices, improving resource allocation and reducing friction across distributed teams. It demonstrates my approach to turning organizational complexity into a practical marketing system that stakeholders can understand and use. Company-specific language, internal data and proprietary materials have been intentionally removed. The work shown represents the strategic methodology rather than confidential source documents. My role: Global Marketing Strategy Lead

The Considered Campaign Kit: Turning Expertise into a Scalable Product The Considered Campaign Kit is a reusable Excel-based system designed to help marketers, consultants and small businesses execute one campaign from strategic brief through launch and performance review. I created the product in response to a common operational problem: campaign information is often fragmented across briefs, calendars, task lists, budget files and reporting documents. The opportunity was to bring those elements into one focused workflow that remained structured enough for professional use and simple enough to adopt immediately. I translated practical campaign-management experience into the workbook architecture, defining the user journey, planning fields, editable dropdowns, formulas, conditional formatting and measurement structure. I also developed the Start Here guide, customer licensing terms, product positioning, pricing, marketplace copy and launch assets. The result is a launch-ready digital product that moves users through a clear sequence: brief, plan, launch and review. It demonstrates how I convert marketing expertise into an organized, customer-friendly system with a defined commercial proposition. My role: Product Strategist and Marketing Systems Architect

Considered Plan Studio is a founder-led digital-product brand created to help small businesses, consultants and independent marketers turn complex goals into clear, actionable plans. I developed the concept from the ground up—identifying the customer opportunity, defining the brand positioning and voice, establishing the visual direction, and translating my marketing experience into a focused portfolio of practical planning tools. The initial product range includes a comprehensive 2027 Marketing Planner, a four-year marketing growth framework and an Excel-based Campaign Kit. I also developed the product architecture, customer instructions, licensing terms, pricing strategy, marketplace copy, SEO tags and promotional assets required for launch. The central challenge was balancing strategic depth with simplicity. Many planning templates are either visually appealing but too generic, or comprehensive but difficult to use. Considered Plan Studio was designed to sit between those extremes: thoughtfully structured, professionally presented and immediately useful. The result is a cohesive digital-product studio with a repeatable system for moving from customer insight to product development, positioning and commercial launch. My role: Founder, Brand Strategist and Product Marketing Lead
