First time designing in Figma, and I finally understand why designers charge what they do.
As a developer, I'm used to solving problems with code. In Figma, I spent hours figuring out Auto Layout, frames vs groups, layer management, spacing, and trying not to break everything.
It was frustrating, but also really fun. Here's my first hero section from scratch. Plenty to improve, but every project starts somewhere.
