I've been working in security systems, low-voltage installations, and IT for years, and one thing I've noticed is how much time we lose on repetitive project tasks.
That's why I started building practical tools to make everyday work easier.
Today, I'd like to share two of my projects:
NEXORA Takeoff & Quote Studio — an application that helps turn Bluebeam takeoff data into organized cost estimates, material calculations, and professional client quotations.
96 Bluebeam Revu Low Voltage Tools — a ready-to-use toolkit for CCTV, access control, AV, and networking projects, designed to simplify markups and project documentation.
Both started from real challenges I've encountered in my own work.
My goal isn't just to sell tools. I'm also interested in understanding the problems other contractors, estimators, and freelancers face and developing better solutions.
