I designed and built a fall maintenance email for Alcreo Systems, a heating and home systems company. It's personalized with the customer's first name and gives 5 simple tips to keep their home warm and efficient, which keeps the brand useful to customers and top of mind before the cold season.
It's set up as a reusable template, so the team can send seasonal emails in the same style anytime.

Survey-Based Lead Routing Automation (GoHighLevel)
I built a GoHighLevel workflow for a coaching business that sorts new leads automatically based on their survey answers. When someone submits the survey, the workflow checks where they are in their coaching business and sends them down the right path, with a fallback for anyone who doesn't fit a category.
The result is that every lead gets a response that matches their situation, without the coach sorting anything by hand.

I built a course affiliate funnel on Systeme.io (http://Systeme.io) for Kirsty's WooHoo Women's Club, aimed at women over 40 who want to earn online without posting or cold DMs.
The page walks visitors from the problem to a simple solution, then to a clear $30 offer with bonuses, a "who it's for" section and an FAQ that handles common doubts. Kirsty was happy with the final result.
