This is the live client-facing dashboard I built for NowNow AI — the system South African dental and medical practices use to see their AI client coordinator at work. Each practice gets a personalised view: total enquiries handled, bookings made, conversion rate, and after-hours calls caught (the calls that would have gone to voicemail and been lost forever). The WhatsApp tab shown here surfaces every text-based enquiry, with the AI agent that handles the full conversation — answering questions, qualifying the patient, and booking the appointment autonomously, with the booking pushed straight to the practice's schedule. The example here shows a real booked cleaning appointment captured end-to-end on WhatsApp. Built solo as a single-file deployment: front-end dashboard, Cloudflare Worker backend with KV-stored conversation memory, Make.com (http://Make.com) automation pipeline, and Meta WhatsApp Business API integration.

This is the live call log from NowNow AI's production system — an AI client coordinator I built for South African medical and dental practices. When a patient calls, an AI voice agent answers in under 2 seconds, handles the enquiry, books the appointment, captures medical aid details, and logs everything into a structured database in real time. Every row you see here represents a call that would otherwise have gone to voicemail or been lost entirely — after-hours, lunch breaks, double-bookings on reception. The stack runs on Retell AI for voice, Make.com (http://Make.com) for orchestration, and Google Sheets as the live data layer, with WhatsApp follow-up firing automatically post-call so patients never get ghosted. Built end-to-end as a solo developer: voice agent prompting, automation pipeline, data architecture, and the client-facing dashboard.
