The AI works with conversation history, lead profile data, unanswered questions, current funnel stage, available actions, and verified CRM data to determine the next appropriate step and generate structured responses. The system automatically creates and updates leads in the CRM, manages qualification stages, books meetings, generates Yandex Telemost links, sends reminders, handles rescheduling, and escalates exceptional cases to a human manager. The architecture includes dialogue state management, message deduplication and batching, PostgreSQL persistence, concurrency protection, validation before actions are executed, and safeguards against sending unverified or prohibited information. This is not just an AI chatbot — it is an automated sales workflow that connects Telegram, AI, CRM, scheduling, and human escalation into one controlled process. AI makes decisions within controlled business rules instead of operating as an unrestricted chatbot.

The core architectural principle was flexibility: business logic and learning processes are not hardcoded into the application. Administrators can configure course structure, stages, schedules, materials, documents, assignments, access rules, and other workflows directly from the admin panel without requiring code changes. This approach allows the platform to adapt to new programs, cohorts, formats, and internal processes without rebuilding the product every time the business changes. The result is not just a course website, but a configurable internal learning system designed for continuous evolution and operational independence.

Designed and developed a full-featured CRM for a sales team, covering the entire workflow from candidate management and scheduling to closing, sales tracking, analytics, and administration. The system includes personalized dashboards, candidate management, meeting scheduling, sales funnels, revenue analytics, user and role management, CRM configuration, AI tools, notifications, and a detailed activity log. A key focus of the project was reducing dependency on paid third-party services and recurring subscriptions. Instead of relying on subscription-based Telegram CRM integrations, I developed a custom Telegram messaging layer and integrated it directly into the CRM. Similar custom logic was used wherever it made sense to reduce ongoing operating costs and keep critical workflows under direct control. The result is a scalable internal platform that centralizes daily operations, automates routine work, improves visibility across the sales process, and gives the business greater control over both functionality and infrastructure.
