Career coaching is a $15 billion market that has never been digitized because frameworks seemed too nuanced for automation. AI changed that.
I'm testing whether positioning frameworks can be packaged into Claude AI skills and delivered for $47 instead of $5,000.
This is my validation experiment: if 500 people with messy backgrounds find clarity in a weekend, I've cracked a massive market. If not, I've learned what career coaching needs to work at scale. Either way, the opportunity is real and someone will solve this in 2026.
