About time: CSS "if()" https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/Reference/Values/if although I thnk the same can be achieved with `@media` queries.

GoMarble attempt on animation using gif. Not sure if I have talent for this job but this is with Jitter. Was thinking of an eye that blinks for the "Thinking"state, and and eye that is half closed for "Rest" state. They need three separate states and I think they may want GSAP not gif.
