From technical vector in Illustrator, to 3D mockups, to AI-generated studio imagery. Technology has become a powerful ally in product development, streamlining workflows and expanding creative possibilities. These images were created for marketing, digital catalogs, and presenting various looks across the Ellesse Summer and Winter 2026 collections. Speed to market in practice: From tech pack vector to e-commerce conversion. Anyone working in the textile industry knows the high cost and time required to produce catalog photography. By combining product engineering, fashion design, and AI, we can completely transform this workflow. In this video, I take a technical vector directly from the tech pack, use AI to generate a realistic product photo, and structure a ready-to-sell listing on Mercado Livre. The result? Faster product validation, a drastic reduction in initial physical prototyping costs, and the agility to test new product mixes in real-time. Technology driving commercial results and operational efficiency in fashion!

Why standardizing Tech Packs in English is essential for apparel production: In fashion design and apparel manufacturing, a Technical Data Sheet (Tech Pack) acts as the single source of truth between design teams and factories. Eliminates Language Barriers: Translating every construction detail, tolerance, and callout into clear industry-standard English prevents misinterpretation during overseas production. Minimizes Costly Sampling Errors: Precise technical terms—such as exact seam finishes, stitch types, buttonhole positions, and artwork placements—ensure the first prototype matches the designer’s vision. Ensures Consistent Quality & Fit: A detailed measurement specification (POM chart) and colorway matrix keep production accurate across all sizes and color variations. Streamlines Production Timelines: Clear technical instructions reduce back-and-forth emails, approval delays, and costly factory re-works.

I’m excited to share a recent project developed for Volt. The client provided the initial design, and our team took charge of analyzing and streamlining its production viability. The end result was exceptionally satisfying! By leveraging 3D technology, we were able to simulate and test the project thoroughly, identifying and resolving potential issues before they reached production. Integrating 3D into fashion offers incredible advantages: it enables customization, minimizes material waste, fosters innovative design, and boosts production efficiency. Furthermore, it delivers immersive experiences and streamlines digital prototyping—eliminating the need for physical samples.
