Good Inside — Trust-Centered UX Audit
This is a self-initiated UX audit of Good Inside, exploring how early emotional experiences shape confidence, trust, and follow-through in parenting apps.
The audit focuses on first-time parent sessions, where emotional readiness and reassurance determine whether parents feel supported, trust the guidance, or quietly disengage.
Key areas explored:
• Onboarding & account setup
• First content experience
• Emotional framing of guidance
• Early trust signals that affect return
This project demonstrates my ability to:
• Diagnose emotional confidence gaps

• Cards, Memories, Wishlists & FMNs
• Emotional sequencing around pairing
This project demonstrates my ability to:

The first session of a dating app shapes everything — trust, intent, and whether a new user stays long enough to see value.
I ran a short trust-focused audit on Bumble to understand where that first-session confidence weakens, and how small clarity + control shifts can strengthen it.
