Good Inside — Trust-Centered UX Audit This is a self-initiated UX audit of Good Inside, exploring how early emotional experiences shape confidence, trust, and follow-through in parenting apps. The audit focuses on first-time parent sessions, where emotional readiness and reassurance determine whether parents feel supported, trust the guidance, or quietly disengage.
