I created Fit2Film to solve a specific problem: conventional fitness plans rarely survive the realities of production. Long calls, travel, night shoots, limited equipment and changing workloads require a system that can adapt without losing direction.
Fit2Film is structured into three role-specific tracks. Crew uses short, practical sessions designed for demanding schedules and varied locations. Stunts focuses on strength, power, joint control, repeat-effort conditioning and recovery around rehearsals. Cast supports role preparation, movement quality and physical continuity during filming.
I developed the offer strategy, audience segmentation, training frameworks, coaching workflow and public positioning. Programmes are adjusted around each client’s role, equipment access, recovery and production calendar, with practical nutrition guidance and regular accountability.
The result is a niche coaching product built from more than a decade of first-hand film-industry experience and delivered through TraceFit Functional Mobility.

I designed and co-delivered a four-hour Applied Parkour for Stunt Performance workshop with Lesedi Motseke.
The curriculum translated foundational parkour movement into practical applications for fight choreography and on-screen action. Participants worked through structured progressions, technical feedback, obstacle movement and repeated practice in a professional-development environment designed for the South African stunt community.

I designed and built TraceFit Method as a specialised fitness-coaching website for actors, stunt performers, film crews and international online clients.
The project combines clear brand positioning, embedded educational content, client testimonials, transformation results and consultation pathways. I handled the website design, content structure, WordPress implementation and SEO strategy.

I designed and built the Sabotage Elite Action Lab website to present a South African action-performance collective to film, television and commercial clients.
The website includes a searchable talent directory, detailed performer profiles, downloadable Z-cards, production credits, events and clear booking pathways. I also connected the enquiry process to an Airtable CRM and developed the site’s content structure and SEO strategy.
