A US nonprofit research team had a survey programme that outgrew its Qualtrics setup, so I built a custom web app, a repeatable data model and a filterable dashboard, going from brief to deployed in under a week and producing 170,000+ clean records. Scaling personalised career assessments. A coaching platform was handling 50 to 60 high-value assessments per cycle by hand, so I rebuilt the workflow in Airtable, Zapier and SendGrid with a human review queue at its centre, and 80% of it now runs without manual work. A live earnings dashboard built on Airtable. My invoicing ledger could not tell me whether the year was on pace, so I built a React dashboard on top of the Airtable base that shows pace to target, a year-end forecast, seasonality and FX impact, with no manual report building. A grant system that distributed $680k in 10 weeks. A nonprofit needed to replace a manual grant process while protecting applicants' banking details, so I built a Qualtrics and Salesforce pipeline with SSO, automated eligibility screening and reviewer ticketing, and 700 applications went through it with only 2 human reviewers.
