Plan so far: FastAPI + MongoDB + React, with an LLM doing the extraction and a confidence-scoring layer flagging anything uncertain for human review.

I spent the last few weeks building something I actually needed to exist: a layer that stops SaaS leads from dying between a landing page form and a sales rep's inbox.
Meet LeadSync.
What it does:
→ Normalizes and dedupes every incoming lead before it ever touches your CRM
→ Scores each lead with a deterministic engine (fully transparent, no black box) and tags it HOT / WARM / COLD
→ Routes leads to the right CRM Salesforce and HubSpot based on rules you define, not a fixed pipe
→ Logs every sync attempt, so a failed handoff never fails silently
I built the whole thing solo: FastAPI + MongoDB backend, an abstract multi-CRM connector architecture, retry/backoff logic, the full pipeline. Every decision , bugs included , gets documented as I go in my "Build Log" series here on LinkedIn.

Today: LeadSync went from "click sync" to fully automatic.
Leads now flow into HubSpot the second they're created , no button, no manual step. Added duplicate-safe syncing, retry logic for API hiccups, and a webhook endpoint so leads can come from anywhere (landing pages, Typeform, Zapier), not just my own form.
Also gave the console UI a redesign , you can watch a lead travel from form to HubSpot in real time.
"I built an integration" → "leads sync themselves." That's the shift.
