design research isn't "slow"....it’s what makes sure you aren't typing your way toward a product nobody wants.
if you can’t explain why it matters in five seconds, you're just typing into a void lol.
products & apps don't scale if users can’t explain to their friends in ten seconds.
Confusion is the most expensive form of tech debt and the hardest to refactor. >>>
if the core value isn't clear in five seconds you have a positioning problem.
therefore adding more features won't fix a product that people don't understand. lol 🫣
