The goal of this project was to help a business reduce repetitive admin work, automate internal handoffs, and make sure tasks move to the right person without manual chasing.
I built a workflow automation system that can receive requests, organize the needed information, route tasks to the right team member, trigger reminders, and update the connected tools automatically. The system was designed to reduce copy-paste work, missed handoffs, and time spent checking what needs to happen next.
The workflow can support use cases such as service request routing, task creation, approval flows, client updates, email handling, team notifications, status tracking, and operational reporting.
My contribution included mapping the business process, identifying repetitive steps, designing the automation logic, connecting tools through Zapier, Make, n8n, webhooks, or APIs, and organizing the workflow so the team could rely on a repeatable system instead of manual memory.
The result is a smoother internal operation: fewer missed tasks, faster handoffs, less manual admin, clearer ownership, and more time for the team to focus on client work and growth.
