The University of Utah Executive Education program needed a new homepage. I did research and talked to the business development team and the director of this program to map out new copy for the homepage that would explain better what the program was, who it was for, and encourage interested website visitors to sign up for a call to learn more. I then implemented this new copy along with a redesign of the page and even investigated how to improve page load speeds with the development team. This resulted in a 27% increase in qualified leads the next quarter.

First is an email for Weave to generate leads for their digital forms feature. This was written for prospects to book a demo and customers for upsell demos.
Second is an email template for Customer Success Managers to use in a drip campaign to customers who our data show don't utilize one of Weave's features - Missed Call Text. Its purpose is to encourage customers to book a call/demo to see the feature in action and potentially upgrade.
