AI for Everyman is an AI literacy platform built for small business owners during the NYEdTech Hackathon 2026, where it placed 3rd. Research across 9 business owners in 7 industries found that 67% named privacy and security as their top barrier to using AI, not cost, not relevance. The platform is built around that finding.
Onboarding matches you to your industry and generates a custom learning path. A traffic light framework walks you through classifying data as safe, caution, or never share before you touch an AI tool. Every scenario is industry-specific. A real estate agent gets real estate situations. A nonprofit gets fundraising situations.
Built with Lovable in a 4-week sprint with a 5-person team.

The Learns Design System is an interactive documentation site I built for the Code the Dream Learns App. The codebase already had a set of design tokens, components, and patterns. None of it was well-documented.
The site auto-generates tokens directly from the theme file, so docs stay in sync without manual upkeep. Every component page has a live MUI playground with prop controls, a spec sheet, and copyable code. I also documented the app's most complex pattern, a React Flow workflow editor, end to end with a fully interactive canvas.
Built with Next.js, MUI, and deployed on Vercel.

Vamos is an outreach app used by organizations serving farmworker communities. As UX Design Lead at Code the Dream, I led a full redesign to fix navigation issues, surface buried customization features, and create a consistent experience across web and mobile. I conducted 8 user interviews, led a team of 2 design apprentices, and built a foundational design system in Storybook. The redesign shipped to production in April 2026.

CivicLink makes it easy for Washington citizens to find and contact their elected representatives. Enter your address, see every federal and state legislator who represents you, and reach them by phone, email, or official contact form, all in one place.
The app came out of firsthand experience working in congressional offices, where constituent communications were tracked manually. The goal was to fix that from both sides: reduce friction for citizens contacting their reps, and give offices better tools to manage that engagement.
