NORRA is an on-demand marketplace where users book paid voice sessions with "listeners." I designed, built, and shipped the entire product to beta solo — a cross-platform Flutter app (combined user + listener), a Node.js/Express 5 + PostgreSQL REST API, and a Svelte admin panel. CelebGen – AI Celebrity Photo & Video Generator (iOS, SwiftUI)
CelebGen is a SwiftUI iOS app for creating AI photos and videos featuring celebrities, backed by Firebase Cloud Functions. I took over the project as the sole developer and shipped five App Store releases so far (v2.6–continued). I built the Grok-powered image-to-video feature, Snap & Edit, and multi-prompt photo series generation; migrated the backend image pipeline from Replicate to fal.ai (http://fal.ai); and grew monetization with new credit packages, smarter RevenueCat paywall triggers, and moderation-aware credit handling. I also ran onboarding and review-prompt experiments, tracked with PostHog

Razz AI is a cross-platform Flutter app (iOS & Android) that turns photos into AI-generated images and videos via 28+ one-tap templates or custom prompts, and transforms chat screenshots into shareable rap songs with karaoke-style playback. Built end to end: Flutter UI with onboarding, paywalls, camera flows, theming, and 5 languages; a Firebase backend (Auth, Firestore, Storage, TypeScript Cloud Functions) orchestrating Fal.ai (http://Fal.ai), Gemini, and ElevenLabs Music; RevenueCat subscriptions and credit bundles backed by a server-side credit ledger, secure webhooks, and PostHog analytics.

Flutter AI Voice Journal App – Whisper Transcription & GPT Insights
A cross-platform voice journaling app built from scratch over 14 months of iterative client milestones. Users record or import audio notes, get AI transcriptions (OpenAI Whisper, Google Speech-to-Text), and GPT-generated titles, labels, keywords, and summaries. An analysis module runs saved prompts over filtered note sets to surface insights as Markdown reports. Built a provider-agnostic AI middleware, offline-first Hive storage, backup/restore, audio share/import, and credit-based monetization with in-app purchases and bring-your-own-API-key support.
