Custom kitchen and cabinet installs were coordinated across customers, installation partners, the internal team, and the production facility with no single source of truth. I built an end-to-end operations platform on Next.js and Supabase: a seven-stage production pipeline, role-based dashboards, real-time milestone photos and threaded messaging, ODFL freight tracking with electronic bill-of-lading, and damage reporting — shipped as a web app and native iOS/Android via Capacitor.
