This project replaced disconnected backend processes and manual coordination with a more reliable, scalable system that created a cleaner link between CRM activity and operational email workflows.
I designed and implemented the integration layer using API-driven logic, backend automation, and workflow triggers to reduce manual work and improve consistency across email-related operations. The solution connected HubSpot with surrounding backend systems, automated actions that previously required manual intervention, and made large-scale email workflows easier to manage and maintain.
