Product creator developing stunning digital experiences
I didn’t build Maya another app to manage.
I built her fewer things to do and a better way to manage her business.
Meet Milo & Moss — a fictional mobile dog grooming business in Decatur, Georgia.
And meet Maya. She’s the groomer. The driver. The scheduler. The customer service team.
So when a customer sends: “Do you have anything Saturday?” that one message can turn into:
address checks
pet details
calendar hunting
deposit collection
confirmation
reminders
rescheduling
follow-up
and trying to refill a cancellation
None of that is what Maya’s customers actually hired her to do.
So for the #lovablechallenge, I built Milo & Moss — a mobile-friendly web app designed around one product principle: Software handles the routine. Maya handles the exceptions.
For the customer, the experience is intentionally simple: Where are you? → Who’s your pup? → What do they need? → Pick a time → You’re booked. No app download. No giant calendar.
No account required just to manage a booking. Underneath, the product is doing more.
Smart Slots surfaces a few strong appointment options instead of making customers hunt through every available time.
A secure booking link lets them confirm, reschedule or cancel right from their phone.
And when a prime appointment opens up, AutoFill can offer it to someone waiting for the right time.
On Maya’s side?
No giant CRM.
No second inbox.
Just today’s route, the information that matters, and the things that actually need a human decision. That was the goal of the entire build: Not more technology. Less work.
Not: “Can I book?” followed by 14 messages.
But: “Can I book?” → “You’re booked.” And Maya gets back to what her customers actually hired her to do: care for their dogs. 🐾

#lovablechallenge #productdesign #smallbusiness #automation #buildinpublic Built Social Studio, a streamlined social media planning and content creation platform designed for small teams and organizations that need to stay consistent without spending hours managing content.
The platform helps users move from idea to ready-to-publish content in one place — organizing content themes, planning posts, generating platform-ready copy, and creating a repeatable workflow for ongoing social media.
I designed the system around a simple goal: make social media feel clear, fast, and manageable, especially for leaders who know they need to show up online but do not have a full marketing team.
The experience is intentionally lightweight, with a focus on content planning, consistency, brand alignment, and easier execution rather than adding another complicated marketing platform.
Built with Lovable as a practical content operations system — not just an AI caption generator. Built Multiply Church OS, an assessment-driven church transformation platform that helps pastors and consultants move from diagnosis to focused execution.
The system assesses six ministry systems — Align, Attract, Gather, Assimilate, Grow, and Multiply — then combines the pastor’s assessment with team feedback to surface the weakest areas and reveal leader-versus-team gaps. From there, the church selects one Transforming Unifying Goal (TUG) and turns it into a 90-day execution plan with weekly milestones and 30/60/90-day check-ins.
I also built the consultant workflow around the platform: church profiles, scorecards, team assessments, demographic context, community felt needs, goal development, playbooks, check-in history, document storage, church care tracking, calendars, and consultant resources.
The system is designed to keep churches from chasing multiple priorities at once. It creates a repeatable loop: assess honestly, identify the bottleneck, focus on one goal, execute for 90 days, review the results, and begin again with the next weakest system.
Built with Lovable as a full consulting and transformation operating system — not just an assessment or dashboard. Built Sponsor Manager for Florence Area Habitat for Humanity — a full sponsorship pipeline and board engagement platform designed to replace scattered tracking with one clear system.
The platform gives staff an organization-wide dashboard with sponsorship KPIs, pipeline totals, commitments, outstanding balances, sponsors needing attention, and board member portfolio performance. Admins can manage sponsors from first contact through committed and paid status, track follow-ups and interaction history, reassign portfolios, export data, and manage board member access.
Board members have their own experience with personal KPIs, sponsor portfolios, status filtering, achievement levels, follow-up tracking, and the ability to add and manage the sponsors assigned to them. The system also supports read-only visibility into the broader sponsor list while keeping admin functions separate.
I also built a reporting layer with year-over-year growth, sponsor status distribution, commitments by sponsorship level and giving source, board member performance, downloadable reports, and responsive mobile use.
Built with Lovable as a working fundraising operations system — not just a dashboard.
