Redesigned a healthcare app that had prioritized visual polish over usability. Audited the original Figma files, identifying broken accessibility, colour chaos, and a generic flow with no separation between patients and doctors.
Built a Figma variable system from scratch, then rebuilt onboarding, registration, and booking, splitting patient and doctor journeys and adding a doctor credential verification step. Delivered five new flows, including a post-consultation notes system for doctors.

Designed a hybrid fiat + crypto platform for Nigerian users to hold naira, trade crypto, and send money in one app.
Owned product architecture, UX, UI, and design system, then led the engineering team through build and QA. Solved a key compliance challenge with a demand-triggered KYC model, users get value first, verification unlocks as needed, aligned with CBN and SEC requirements.
