I mapped every department’s touchpoints, cut early sales pressure, and led the data analysis. Course attendance rose 10%, with fewer cancelled cohorts.

I built a custom GPT grounded in WCAG 2.2 that gave artists plain-language accessibility feedback while they were still creating, instead of after review. It moved accessibility from a late gate to an early check. Average revision rounds dropped from 3 to 0, saving an estimated $75K. New artists also used it to learn WCAG on their own.

I built an AI pipeline on AWS Bedrock that turned 216 lesson plans into module and grade-level overviews aligned to the TEKS and ELPS. It covered six grades in 8 minutes, with Spanish translations and a human review step. It cut turnaround from weeks to days and saved over $100K. I also hired and trained the two-person Scrum team that ran it.
