šŸ¤– Would You Let AI Design Your Dream Pool? What if you could go from a simple 2D blueprint to a fully realized luxury backyard in seconds? In this video, I put AI to the test by transforming a conceptual pool plan into a photorealistic 3D design with MyPoolDesigner.ai (https://mypooldesigner.ai). This beautiful design presentation features: šŸŠ A custom geometric pool šŸ’¦ Elevated spa with spillway ā˜€ļø Large sunshelf with in-water loungers 🌿 Premium landscaping šŸ›‹ļø Luxury cabanas and outdoor living spaces šŸŒ… Day, dusk, and šŸŒ™ nighttime lighting with vibrant LED pool lights The result is surprisingly close to what a professional visualization would look like—and it raises an interesting question... Would you trust AI to design your next swimming pool if the results looked like this? As AI continues to reshape architecture, landscape design, and construction, we're getting closer to generating build-ready concepts in minutes instead of weeks. Let me know in the comments: šŸ‘‰ Would you use AI to design your backyard? šŸ‘‰ What features would your dream pool include? If you enjoyed this video, don't forget to Like, Subscribe, and hit the šŸ”” notification bell for more AI, pool design, and outdoor living content.

One of my favorite recent builds was this customĀ ROAS DashboardĀ I developed inĀ ReplitĀ for a pool service company. The goal was simple: answer one question— Which marketing dollars actually generated revenue? To make that happen, I integrated: āœ… Google Ads API for campaign performance and ad spend āœ… CallRail API for call tracking and lead attribution āœ… Jobber API for estimates, jobs, andĀ revenue truth The result: šŸ“Š True ROAS by campaign šŸ“ž Call attribution šŸ’° Revenue tracking from completed jobs šŸ“ˆ Paid vs. organic reporting šŸ“± Mobile-first dashboard Really enjoyed building this one. It's rewarding to take data from multiple platforms, connect the dots, and give business owners a single source of truth they can actually use to make better decisions.

We just rolled out some upgrades to our Pool Visualizer widget. Now, when a homeowner adds a feature like a spa, waterfall, swim-up bar, or diving board, an animated hotspot appears right on the design. Click it, and they can explore pricing ranges, customization options, and upgrade choices without leaving the page. Instead of wondering, "What's the difference?" or "How much more would that cost?" they're actively interacting with the design and educating themselves. Want to learn more about me and what I do? I still catch myself doing a double take. This isn't an actual person or backyard. It's an AI-generated pool design created with MyPoolDesigner.ai (http://MyPoolDesigner.ai). The level of realism has reached a point where homeowners can stop imagining what their backyard could look like and actually see it before construction even begins. Natural lighting. Material textures. Water reflections. Landscaping. Architectural details. It's all generated in minutes. For pool builders, that means presenting ideas that clients instantly connect with. For homeowners, it means making design decisions with confidence instead of trying to interpret a 2D sketch. AI isn't replacing great designers—it's giving them a faster, more compelling way to communicate their vision. We're only getting started, and every new model keeps raising the bar. What do you think? If someone showed you this video with zero context, would you know it was AI?

One thing I've learned is that people don't just want to look at designs anymore—they want to interact with them. That's why I'm building AI-powered widgets like this one, where homeowners can customize a pool design in real time and immediately see the results. I'm curious what everyone in marketing and sales thinks: Does this kind of interactivity create a better buying experience? Would it make a prospect more likely to reach out, or does it not move the needle? I'd love your feedback. Would you let AI design your pool? Because if the answer is yes, MyPoolDesigner.ai (http://MyPoolDesigner.ai) is the kind of tool that can turn heads fast. This program is seriously impressive. It takes pool concepts from ā€œjust an ideaā€ to polished, photorealistic visuals in minutes, which means builders, designers, and sales teams can show clients something real before a shovel ever hits the ground. Instead of trying to explain a spa spillover, fire feature, or backyard layout with words alone, you can show it in a way people instantly understand. What makes it especially cool is how flexible it is. You can guide the design with style choices, architectural details, and feature selections, or go deeper with custom prompts when you want more control. You can even upload an actual backyard photo and let the AI reimagine the space, which is huge for client presentations and closing deals. It’s not just a design generator either. The platform includes presentation-friendly features like multiple variations, refined iterations, image-to-video output, and website integration, so the content you create can actually be used across sales, marketing, and publishing. For anyone in the pool industry, that’s a major advantage because it helps you work faster and look more professional at the same time. So yes — would I let AI design my pool? If the AI is this good, I’d absolutely take a look.

MyPoolDesigner.ai (http://MyPoolDesigner.ai) is an AI pool design platform focused on helping pool professionals, builders, and marketers create compelling visual concepts quickly. It combines fast concept generation with presentation tools, so you can move from idea to client-ready visuals without spending hours in traditional design software. What it does At its core, the platform generates photorealistic pool and outdoor living designs from a guided workflow or from custom prompts. You can define style, architecture, setting, time of day, and design elements like spas, waterfalls, fire features, or swim-up bars to shape the result. It’s designed to produce polished visuals that are useful for early concepting, sales conversations, and marketing content. Finer features A few of the more useful details make it stand out: Backyard photo upload, so you can visualize a proposed pool in the client’s actual space. Custom prompt control, which gives more advanced users finer creative direction. Remix and refinement options, so you can iterate on a concept instead of starting over. Multiple view generation, which helps present the same design from different angles. Image-to-video creation, which turns still pool concepts into short presentation clips. Collections and galleries, which make it easier to organize, review, and share designs. Website and publishing use It also includes a WordPress plugin, which is useful if you want to display pool designs, galleries, or video presentations on a website. That makes it a practical add-on for agencies, publishers, and pool companies that want their site to function as both a marketing tool and a visual showcase. For a business like yours, that means the platform can support both sales and content strategy, not just design creation. Why it matters The big advantage is speed: instead of explaining a concept verbally or sketching it manually, you can show a realistic version almost immediately. That helps with client buy-in, stronger presentations, and faster decision-making. It’s especially valuable in pool sales, where the ability to visualize the finished project often makes the difference between interest and commitment.

After months of building, testing, breaking things, rebuilding them, and listening to feedback, I'm proud to announce that MyPoolDesigner.ai (http://MyPoolDesigner.ai) has officially reached MVP (Minimum Viable Product). That doesn't mean we're finished—it means we've built something that's ready to solve real problems for real people. Today, contractors, designers, and homeowners can: • Instantly redesign backyards with AI • Generate multiple pool concepts in minutes • Create presentation-ready visuals • Produce AI-powered videos of their designs • Iterate on ideas without waiting days or weeks There are still plenty of features on the roadmap, but getting to MVP is a huge milestone. Every startup reaches a point where you stop asking, "Can we build it?" and start asking, "How do we make it indispensable?" A huge thank you to everyone who has tested the platform, offered honest feedback, and believed in what we're building. Now the real work begins. #AI #PropTech #PoolIndustry #Startup #SaaS #ArtificialIntelligence #Entrepreneurship #MyPoolDesigner
