I drove data-backed decisions across the supply chain, product development, and executive reporting functions. Early on, I conducted comprehensive market and supplier research—building automated pricing models to benchmark vendors and calculate cost variances. When tasked with stepping up to independently manage inventory and vendors, I engineered a suite of automated forecasting tools and dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, VLOOKUP, and BigCommerce data. These tools visualized real-time production status (W3s), predicted imminent stock-outs using color-coded heatmaps, and tracked high-volume sales. I synthesized this complex operational data into three streamlined, daily dashboards presented directly to the CEO, while also modeling emergency sourcing scenarios to ensure we maintained 100% order fulfillment during production delays.

Project Summary: College Student Moving Service I collaborated with a development team to conceptualize and prototype an interactive web feature for a student-focused moving service. The goal was to increase user engagement and value by helping college students explore, navigate, and connect with their new cities. Key Contributions & Features: Interactive Scavenger Hunt: Designed a location-based exploration tool that guided students through their new city, helping them map out major streets and familiarize themselves with key local landmarks. Gamified Learning: Integrated a city history quiz component into the scavenger hunt, blending education with gamification to make the exploration process more engaging. Rapid Prototyping: Partnered closely with the development team to build a functional prototype of the website feature, successfully pitching it to the client and securing their enthusiastic approval.

I
Project Summary: Midwest Home Physicians I developed an AI-driven clinical documentation tool designed to streamline administrative workflows for nursing staff. By leveraging conversational AI, you created a system capable of capturing and structuring patient encounters in real-time. Key Contributions & Features: Automated SOAP Notes: Engineered an AI agent that automatically generates comprehensive and formatted SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan) notes by the end of a patient visit. Conversational Extraction: Designed the system to listen to and analyze the natural conversation between the nurse and the patient, accurately extracting relevant medical data without requiring manual data entry. Workflow Optimization: Significantly reduced the administrative burden on nurses, allowing them to focus entirely on patient care rather than post-visit charting and documentation.
