Boxem — Homepage Concept. A spec homepage redesign for Boxem, a SaaS platform for Amazon and Walmart sellers. The goal was to break away from the usual blue SaaS look. I went with a bold black-and-orange direction, oversized poster-style type, and illustrated shipping boxes that make logistics software feel fun and memorable. The page walks through Boxem's three core jobs (shipments, inventory and profit analytics) and ends on a single idea: every sale, every fee, one number.

A live pre-launch site for a 63,000 sq ft anime, manga and gaming destination opening in Springfield, MA in 2027. It's built to sell 500 founding memberships before the doors open. It includes tiered membership pricing, Stripe checkout, a guest pass system and a sponsor inquiry flow, with kanji-paired headings and large stat callouts that set the tone.

A dark, premium mobile site for a barber lounge that also details cars. The "Build your visit" flow lets customers pick their cut and car service in one step, and "Book a chair" stays one tap away the whole time. Concept work.
