CMS: Secure Payments. Smarter Operations. A payment integration is not just about connecting a gateway. For this project, I designed and implemented a wallet-based payment workflow where users can recharge their wallet, use the balance for services, and have every transaction tracked with clear status and refund controls. The goal was simple: make payments reliable, traceable, and easy to manage for both users and administrators. Built with .NET Core, React, SQL Server, PayU and JWT Authentication. I enjoy taking a business process that feels fragmented or manual and turning it into a simple, practical digital solution.

Chakran CMS — Turning Business Operations Into One Simple Workflow I designed and built this SaaS platform to bring applications, payments, wallet transactions, document handling, and reporting into one place. The focus wasn’t just on building features — it was on understanding the business workflow and turning it into a secure, easy-to-manage solution for both users and administrators. Built with: .NET Core, React, SQL Server, PayU & JWT Authentication. If you have a business process that feels complicated, manual, or disconnected, I can help turn it into a streamlined digital solution.

I built Mittu — a WhatsApp AI agent for small businesses that speaks their language, literally. Shop owners in India don't want another dashboard. They want to type a message and get it handled — check orders, log payments, generate a quick report — the same way they already talk to customers all day. So that's what I built: a multi-agent WhatsApp assistant that handles orders, updates, reports, and credit tracking, in Hindi/Hinglish, right inside the chat they already use. Built with Python, Groq (LLaMA 3.3), Supabase, and Twilio. I'm currently available for AI + Automation work — building tools that plug into how businesses actually operate, not tools that ask them to change how they work. If you're building for real-world users who don't live in English-only interfaces, let's talk.

I've been building something I'm genuinely excited about — QuickServe. Started with a simple question: what if users didn't have to click through 10 screens just to get one simple thing done? So I built an AI-powered service platform where you just ask — "What's my balance?" "Show my recent transactions." "Create a service request." and it happens. The chat UI isn't the hard part. Behind it: real backend workflows, SQL data, RAG, chat memory, and a fallback layer so the app keeps working even if the AI service goes down. Built with .NET, React, SQL Server, and OpenAI. I'm currently available for freelance/contract work in AI + Automation — building tools that actually remove repetitive work instead of adding another chatbot nobody needed. If you're building something in this space and need someone who can take it from idea to production, let's talk.
