From Brief to Build — A Visual Delivery Model
Clear scope. Visible progress. Documented handover.
Good delivery starts with agreement on the outcome and ends with a handover someone can actually use. This motion study follows five stages: discover, define, build, validate and hand over. Each stage has a concrete output and a visible decision gate.
