Jay is extremely talented with an exceptional work ethic. Whether following several detailed briefs or asking him to create ad-hoc content, his execution was always second to none. Jay created several multimedia pieces for use on our websites as well as altering and updating other assets regularly. I worked alongside Jay for ~7 years, working on all things creative at Madman Anime. We collaborated a lot on many shared projects, and he is always fast to take on critiques, share his own opinion and offer up excellent solutions to issues on a tight turn around. Jay is fast, skilled and extremely helpful. He pays great attention to the brief and isn't afraid to ask questions. He's also full of valuable suggestions to improve workflow, such as creating templates for design work and recommendations for the design briefs, which is a great help! His work is clean and stylish, and while we unfortunately haven't been able to let his creativity fly due to restrictions on our designs, we're looking forward to utilising his imagination some time in the future!
Jay's knowledge in video is incredible and his execution is even better. Jay is an excellent multimedia designer and he's work speaks for itself.
