This is slowpour coffee - a fictional coffee company that sends you freshly-made coffee every week.
This project was created to demonstrate creating a landing page for a simple service that users could sign up for. The landing page utilizes Next.js and has several SVGs to walk the user through the process of how they get their coffee each week.

Hi, I'm James. Newbie to Contra but not to freelancing!
I am a front-end developer and mobile app developer based in Canada (Eastern Time). I have 6+ years of professional experience and have been a Shopify partner since 2015. I mainly work with JavaScript, TypeScript, React Native and Next.js, but also have experience with Node.js, Python and MongoDB.
I currently have an open-source mobile app on GitHub called Shu Ha Ri Engine. This is a learning tool that embodies the Shu Ha Ri approach to learning (beginner, advanced, mastery). It uses React Native and modern JavaScript/TypeScript. One key feature is that the app is privacy-first — no account required, no personal information collected, no footprint. Just open the app, select your pack and start learning.

The Shu Ha Ri Engine app is a mobile application designed to allow users to study a topic of their choosing using a simple quiz format. The app is open source and free for users.

The CAFI student portal mobile application was designed for students of the Chudokai Aikido Federation International. It featues one-click sign in through Apple sign in or Google sign in, a news feed for recent and upcoming events and tools for students, such as the Koto Shitsumon (black belt questions) quiz.
