Havli is a home management app ("home operating system") built around a simple idea: users upload documents — insurance policies, warranties, vehicle inspections, medical/vaccine records, rental contracts, etc. — and AI automatically extracts key dates and amounts to generate reminders, instead of requiring manual data entry like competitors such as Cozi, Life360, or FamilyWall.

Colabores is a Field Service Management (FSM) SaaS platform, focused on service companies in Panama, specifically HVAC businesses with small technician teams (roughly 3–15 people) that currently coordinate everything through WhatsApp and Excel.
At its core, it handles work order management, customer equipment registration, and maintenance history tracking. More like an "institutional memory" for service businesses, rather than generic task management.
It's in the early validation stage: direct WhatsApp outreach to land the first paying customers. On the technical side, it already has a working MCP server, and there's a mobile PWA app for field technicians in the pipeline.

Adopta+ is a digital platform created to support animal rescuers, foundations, and organizations in managing and promoting animals in need of rescue, rehabilitation, and adoption.
The platform allows organizations to register and track animal cases, manage their profiles and information, publish animals available for adoption, and facilitate the adoption process by connecting rescued animals with potential adopters.
As Lead Software Engineer, I was responsible for the architecture, development, and implementation of the platform, including its cloud infrastructure and core application features.
Tech Stack: Google Cloud Platform, Firebase, Flutter, JavaScript.

IASA Access is a fleet management and operations platform designed to help companies manage vehicles, drivers, utilization, service requests, maintenance, and operational reporting.
I was responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the mobile and cloud infrastructure powering the platform across Android, iOS, and cloud environments. I worked across the full technology stack, from mobile applications and backend/cloud services to integrations and operational infrastructure.
Tech Stack: Google Cloud Platform, Firebase, Flutter, Angular, NodeJS, Git.
