I developed the website interface and interactive functionality, including property listings, filtering, responsive pagination, image galleries, property detail modals and direct contact options.

I also implemented an AI-assisted response endpoint that processes customer conversations and generates reply suggestions through a local Ollama integration, while keeping application logic and error handling separated and maintainable.

It helps teams manage customer requests, assign priorities and responsibilities, track conversations, and generate AI-assisted response suggestions while keeping a human in control of the final reply.
