Even though Al Bano's "Felicità" isn't a holiday song, it always had that holiday feeling to me. So, I decided to give it a makeover and create an actual holiday version.
The Christmas card (song's cover) had to have a certain level of cheesiness, just enough to remind you to wish happy holidays back to your grandma who sent you a card similar to this one. You may think it's cringe, but she's still your grandma.
The song, of course, had to be in Italian, because it just wouldn't hit the same if it were in English.
Maybe I'm getting old, but I'll always associate the 80s/90s aesthetics with the holidays.
So when you mix it all together, you get - Festività.
